 무기염류 선발

   목질진흙버섯의 무기염류의 이용성을 조사하고자 Malt extract와 Yeast extract를 10:1의 비율로 첨가한 후 무기염류 선발실험을 한 결과 첨가효과가 뚜렷이 나타나진 않았다.
