라. CPME의 primary peritoneal macrophge에서의 iNOS COX-2저해효과

cell line인 Raw 264.7에서는 iNOS와 COX-2의 발현을 억제하였기에 primary cell culture를 통한 세포에서도 같은 결과가 형성되는지를 알아본 결과 LPS에의해서 유도된 iNOS. COX-2의 발현을 CPME가 억제시키는 것을 알 수가 있었다(Fig 24).
